Adoption of Visions and Values Statement, and Mission Statement
10:15 a.m. Commissioners, particularly members of the Vision and Values Committee, will provide their views on the proposed statements.

Panel Discussion: Problems Associated with the State/Local Fiscal Relationship

Steve Szalay, Executive Director of the California State Association of Counties.

Chris McKenzie, Executive Director of the League of California Cities.

Catherine Smith, Executive Director of the California Special Districts Association.
